What Happens at a Dental Hygiene Appointment?

At each appointment, our dental hygienists gently and thoroughly clean your teeth, taking care of build-ups that can’t be removed with at-home tools. We’ll discuss any changes to your overall or dental health, address any questions you have, and review your at-home care plan. 

How Often Should I Come for a Cleaning?

Consistent dental and oral hygiene care contributes to better long-term health, making it an important step in your oral health care. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your specific needs, but for most patients, every 6 months to 12 months is sufficient to maintain oral health.
