What to Expect from a Filling Appointment

When you book an appointment for a filling (or multiple fillings, which can be performed in a single appointment), you’ll be made comfortable in our chairs and provided with numbing for the area being worked on. We’ll prepare the tooth for the filling, shape the filling material, and harden it using a special light. After the appointment, you’ll be able to return to your usual activities after the numbing has subsided.
